Cone Construction Assistant Project Manager/Estimator
Job Description: The following is brief description and requirements for the position listed above. These descriptions are not meant to be all-inclusive and may change at any time without notice.
REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent (either in process or completed). Must be able to understand and interpret contract drawings and specifications. Candidates should also have basic surveying knowledge and the ability to understand and use a transit, level and pipe laser. RESPONSIBILITIES: Acquiring work to bid, including take-offs and estimating for bidding projects, submittal and shop drawing review; budgeting; scheduling materials, subcontractors and labor; quantitative measurements for billings; quality control, quantity tracking; insuring compliance with plans and specifications, schedule and budget; and insuring safety first attitude .
